Guideline

1- Booking request has to be confirmed by paying a deposit within 10 days from the request itself, otherwise it will be cancelled.

2- Documents enrolment and the payment of the total amount for the stay have to be done at the arrival time.

3- Access not allowed to casual guests; our clients must host them in the Village.

4- Dates on the booking refer to the arrival day and to the departure day.

5- Accommodation will not be assigned before 4 PM. Departure time is within 10 AM. From 10 AM to 4 PM there will be done cleanings.

6- Booked time has to be payed for whole even in case of late arrive or early departure. In case of one has to leave early, whatever will be the cause, we do not give a refund.

7- In case of no show, the accommodation will be available up to 12 PM the day after the arrival date.

8- The number of people declared at the time of booking cannot be changed without the consent of the management who reserves the right to accept or not the request to add a person.

9- Management, by accepting a booking, will assign to the Client an accommodation as the one he has booked but does not assign in any case an accommodation with a certain number.

10- Bookings are accepted only after one has payed a deposit. Management can accept it or refuse it.

11- In case of surrender, the deposit will be refund at 50% only if the cancellation will be gave 30 days after the arrival day, by registered mail, in any case.

12. The Management does not allow visits by relatives or acquaintances in order to guarantee a better service for the guests themselves.

13- From 12 PM to 7.30 AM and from 1.30 PM to 4 PM, will be respected total silence. The entrance at the Village will be not allowed to cars.

14- Sport equipment is at exclusive disposal of our Guests. Children has to be accompanied by persons that can take responsibility of.

15 - Every Guest must guard his belongings; Management will not be responsible in case of thefts, shortages or damages at vehicles.

16- It is forbidden to dive when the pool is closed or when the lifeguard is not in person.

17- Accommodations have to be left clean or one has to pay 30,00 after a check by the Management.

18- It is forbidden to bring table and chairs that are into the apartment on the terrace or outdoor. The furniture of the terrace cannot be brought in the garden too.

19- It is strictly forbidden to put tables and chairs in the garden in front of the apartments for lunch or dinner. Every apartment has its terrace at disposal.

20- It is not allowed to use the grill in the garden.

21- By coming into the Village, the Guest declares to accept this guideline that could be integrated with specific billboards.
